What is sex therapy?
Good Question!
Sex therapy is the treatment and education of issues relating to sex, sexuality, intimacy, connection.
Issues can include but definitely not limited to;
* loss of desire or perceived too much desire.
* arousal and orgasm concerns.
* rapid or delayed ejaculation.
* sex & intimacy after an affair/betrayal.
* navigating a non-monogamous lifestyle.
* fantasy/kink play.
* Coming out conversations- be it gay, straight, bi, kinky, non-monogamous, or rewriting your own new and unique story.
Sex therapy is often short-term. You will learn how to communicate and listen more effectively. Sex therapy will help you achieve a more satisfying sex life while allowing you to dive deeper into a more intimate, enriching, and fulfilling relationship with your partner(s).
I offer 75-90 minute intensives.
We dive deep.
Sex therapy never includes touching.
