If you have insurance and would like to seek reimbursement, these are the questions you should ask before starting treatment;

~ Do I have mental health benefits, and what is my deductible?

~ How many sessions are covered per calendar year?

~ How much will insurance reimburse for an out-of-network provider?

~ I also offer 75-minute sessions.
